Health Update: Next stop, Mayo Clinic
So I haven't posted in awhile, AGAIN, but I wanted to bring all my fans an update as to what's going on here in Scary's world!
The past few months have been tough with the health problems, but what can ya do? I'm just playing it day by day and hoping that I'll wake up the next day and feel better. Unfortunately, after getting as educated as I am about what's going on, I'm starting to become a realist.
In this top pic. that is not a view of my lungs, unfortunately. That is one of the 5 masses that I am dealing with right now!
For your viewing pleasures I thought I'd share a few sample pics of my chest x-rays so you could actually see what's going on here. In the view you'll see that my trachea is about an 1" away from where it should be. This is being caused by a mass growing on the left side of my neck thats pushing towards the right. It's causing breathing and eating issues, but I am still able to deal with it. Just very difficult to get comfortable at night to sleep. I've been very restless!
I met with my cariologist and my cardiothoroasic surgeon both in the past week and both are insistant that this needs to be taken care of a team of specialists. The mass on my neck is inter-twined with veins and arteries that should not be messed with under regular circumstances. So I've hooked up with the Mayo Clinic to continue this journey.
I haven't set up the date yet and won't until the doctors get back to me on when they can get all 3 of the specialists together at the same time for me. Very expensive deal here and I can't afford several trips up there.
I have some very cool CT scans that they gave me as well so I'm going to try and record a video of them and see if I can get it posted here for all to see. Technology rocks!

Dude, your freak'n skull! How many cavaties have you had filled anyway? lol I kid!
Seriously though, it sounds like you'll be in good hands at the clinic. I'll call and harass you every now and then while you're there. Make sure that cell phone is nearby!
Hey Aaron. Jeff from 1UP. Sorry to hear about your health issues. It seems like you're handling it very well. We need to get online sometime since you have a 360! I'll go to xbox.com now and send a friend request. Take care bro.
